Excelente hotel, localización paradisíaca y aunque un poco caro han sido unas vacaciones fantásticas

El personal en general encantador, intentando siempre agradar, es especial ABO, uno de los camareros del bar de la piscina. El desayuno de buffet bastante bueno. Ubicación y habitación excelente.

El wifi de la habitación no funciona bien. En las zonas comunes algo mejor, pero es algo que necesitan mejorar, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio del hotel. El manejo del stock de los restaurantes es manifiestamente mejorable. No es normal que platos o bebidas que aparecen en el menú no estén disponibles durante varios días. Sólo funcionan 3 restaurantes de los 5 que se anuncian en la web. Los servicio de masajes excesivamente caros, diría que prohibitivos. Nosotros vivimos en Dubai, que no es precisamente barato, y los masajes son bastante más baratos. El desplazamiento de ida no fue directo desde Malé al hotel en el seaplane. Nos dejaron en otra isla y nos trasladaron en una lancha rápida a la isla donde estaba nuestro hotel. El seaplane salió con retraso y en la lancha rápida el trayecto fue de media hora con lo cual el traslado desde Malé fue bastante pesado. Y el coste del seaplane es de 450$. El recorrido de vuelta si fue directo. Por ese precio, se espera que el trayecto sea directo y nadie nos avisó que no fuera a serlo.

- the full resort is so elegantly designed, including the facilities and rooms - the ocean pool room is breathtaking - the food selection and diversity is very good - the resort offers a lot of activities

Amari raya: our review.

The pleasent/friendly staff, the beautiful island with diverse flora and fauna. The various activities hosted by amari. The large crystal clear lagoons. The ocean villa exceeded our expectations in comfort, location, and design. The food was better 100/10 every dish was delicious in its own right. They gave us a free cake, a free bottle and the bed had happy honeymoon all for free. They had free cycles for guests to use to enjoy the island. They also had a electric vehicle shuttle every 10-15 minutes on which you can comfortably go anywhere you request. The overall infrastructure of the restaurant, rooms, reception was beautifully designed and well thought out. They make sure to be careful for those with dietry needs like seafood/fish allergies, halal meet options, and replacing alcoholic drinks with non-alcoholic drinks. Their chiefs are very reasonable and very skilled, if theres a dish with a meat or sauce or anything you may not like they can easily substitute that with something else. Their cooking and recipes are very flexible as per individual needs/wants of the guest. The whole aura/vibe of the island, the beautiful lagoon and sea, the greenery and rooms is very dreamy and romantic (especially with that night sky and seabreeze) highly. Recommended for honeymoon couples (just keep in mind the "dont like section for any surprises).

Unresponsive staff on landline in case of emergencies (only ever picked up on whatsapp that too only 80% of the time) The staff that was going to meet us at male airport were uninterested and didn't come look for us. Instead, we had to look for them. Coming they were good with us, but as we were leaving, the experience was all a bit disappointing. There are no life guards in any resorts in maldives and the staff are expected to come to your rescue, however theres barely any staff around when you swim in the lagoons. This is very bad. The flowers they added on our bed for our honeymoon surprise had small insects on them which were spreading on the bed. They dont mention on booking.com or other websites but you have to pay a additional 450 dollars per adult or 350 per child for a seaplane which includes your coming and going from the resort. This is especially distressing if your a first timer with a budget. Non the websites mention that you can get discounts if you download and book via their ONYX rewards app (i only found out from the staff as i was checking out :c)

The location was serene and beautiful. Very y atmospheric and with lots of photo opportunity

The entertainment could have been better. The in-house DJ needs a better repertoire of music. The night entertainment was inadequate especially for a festive season.

An amazing island - we would definitely recommend it

Staff. They go out of their way to support you having the best holiday you can, so incredibly grateful for the work they put in to make your holiday as perfect as possible for you. The pool area is the nicest we’ve ever been to. The larger pool has a lovely design with a deep shallow step with sunken chairs in and never gets too deep. Lovely infinity edge overlooking the beach and sea. The kids pool is adjacent and has the same great design, several deep shallow steps and is 1.5ft deep. This was so perfect for us. It was lovely for the kids pool to be designed as well as the main one and to be adjacent so you still have the great view and that kids were welcome in both. This was the highlight for us. Good drinks and food service. Island medic and proximity to a hospital. Something I’d checked beforehand for ‘just incase’ and sadly we came in need of this when our little one got ill. The island doctor had a good amount of resources and the general hospital was only 15min speedboat away, we were then met by an ambulance that took us there (was a very very short distance). It’s easy to assume you need to be close to Male for this level of medical support. The hospital is Male must be bigger and more specialist but we found the staff couldnt have looked after us better. And again the hotel was excellent, delivering us meals 3x a day and sent a staff member with us to help it go as smoothly as possible. The all inclusive package was all inclusive. All meals, all drinks, everywhere. Lots of activities etc (including a spa treatment / kayaking / snorkelling) This was really nice and a big reason of why we chose it. Kids facilities / club etc. Pro’s and cons to this. We would definitely recommend it to other people, the staff should be so very proud of what an incredible job they do.

The significant sea defenders / sand defence. Rock infrastructure to defend the island significantly impacted the desert island feeling for me. Not being able to look up the beach without the rows of rocks. This isn’t obvious in lots of pictures. The reef was just ok. This is definitely subjective and we’ve been lucky to experience incredible reefs. Sadly the coral was very dead and didn’t even have little reef sharks near the shore. The daily boat trip to their reef was included daily to the reef area. Lack of environmental concern / positive action. Lots of islands are doing everything to maintain the coral near them but I fear here that they have prioritised the resort over the natural water habitats that surround them. I may be wrong, but I’d of thought more would be done to talk about things they were doing if they were doing them. Sea is calmer on one aside but shore is full of dead coral and I fear the islands work may play a factor into the quantity of it. It was low season and things like kids club had a full schedule but they they weren't doing things when you went there due to lack of children (makes sense) but it would have been great if they just did a reduced plan and asked people if they wanted to join. The staff were still there just less for them to do if we weren't using the facilities...

новый отель, чистый океан, большой остров, отличные коктейли в баре. отзывчивость руководства. багги курсируют по острову, развлечения для детей, детей есть чем накормить. ночью приплывают акулы к водным виллам, один раз приплыла 1,5м длиной. есть немного желтых рыбок. уборка 2 раза в день. спасибо менеджменту-улучшили наш отдых, а то хотели уезжать на другой остров. В отеле уже много отдыхающих!!!не читайте осенние отзывы.

номер: 1)вилла на воде с бассейном, сама вилла небольшая, непривычно для мальдив. кондиционер прямо надо головой, туалет и ванная комната можно сказать на улице) кондиционера там нет. есть крыша, но она открытая. все туалеты у номеров выходят к дорожке, по который вы добираетесь до номера, все слышно, кто и что там делает, отличное эхо) 2) комары на водной вилле зажирают 3)дети маленькие на водных виллах. если вы приехали парой , без своих детей, отдохнуть, расслабиться, специально взяли водную виллу, чтобы рядом не было детей, к вам по соседству могут их заселить. обычно до 12 лет все дети только на пляжных виллах, но здесь разрешают селить всех возрастов 4)приватность- вилла на воде с двух сторон огорожена ламелями. но они установлены неправильно, не под тем углом, в итоге вы будете видеть всех соседей и они будут видеть вас. Голым в бассейне не покупаешься) только 3 виллы сделаны правильно-это делюкс и 2 рядом с ней . 5) рифа у вилл нет, надо уплывать. еда: 1) мухи в ресторане 2)сам ресторан похож на столовую , шум, гам 3)много народа, в очереди за едой, которую готовят при вас можно стоять 10 мин 4) с местами напряжёнка , столы сразу не убирают, после того как другие отдыхающие ушли 5) официанты почти все как сонные мухи . попросишь чай или воду, могут принести только через 10-15 мин или забыть. они не подготовлены на такое кол-во гостей. 6)еда на шведском столе была совсем не очень, пока не начали ругаться, потом исправились, начали яйца Бенедикт по утрам делать. вкусную рыбу и стейки.вообще шеф повар и тор менеджеры молодцы, заинтересованы в клиентах и пытаются исправить ситуацию . 7) еда в ресторанах Аля карт была неинтересная, устрицы с подрезанной ножкой батлер : отвечала часами остров огромный, номеров очень много. вся проблема-что персонал не справляется. ни батлеры, ни официанты чтобы взять маску с трубкой нужно пройти минут 10 по жаре от ресторана. и туда же возвращать . это бред и неудобство для отдыхающих.

Notre séjour à l'hôtel Raaya by Atmosphere a été véritablement un paradis sur terre. Nous avons été enchantés par le service exceptionnel et la qualité irréprochable offerts par tout le personnel. Un merci particulier à M. Chanchal qui nous a initiés à de délicieux plats malais tels que le paw bhaji et le dosa, nous offrant une expérience culinaire inoubliable. De plus, les jus préparés sur demande par M. Mondal avec des fruits et légumes frais étaient tout simplement divins. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux en quête d'une expérience unique et mémorable!

Вилла с бассейном на берегу понравилась. Считаю, что интереснее вилл на воде. Остров хороший. Приятно прогуляться по пустынным прекрасным пляжам с остановками в удобно расположенных ресторанах. Особый привет египетской команде в главном ресторане - профессионалы. И малый ресторан на севере острова - супер приятно там было - красивый вид, мало людей, внимательное обслуживание. В общем спасибо!
