The location was serene and beautiful. Very y atmospheric and with lots of photo opportunity

The entertainment could have been better. The in-house DJ needs a better repertoire of music. The night entertainment was inadequate especially for a festive season.

The place is very beautiful. The villas are very convenient and comfortable. Everything is new and construction is noticeable, but it does not spoil the wonderful view.

The pick up and drop off from the hotel was very ordinary. Again, I compare another of our vacations where the manager of the hotel welcomed us and sent us off with a very festive mood.Here the only time we saw the general manager was at Christmas and we never saw him again.The all-inclusive package purchased by us does not correspond to the price paid.The variety of food is very little.The minibar in the room is almost all paid, except for soft drinks and beer.There is no alcohol. We spent Christmas Eve here and this dinner alone was on par with other hotels. The staff and especially the restaurant manager was very kind and solved many problems.The internet was very poor when it was available. There was no internet most of the time. At the large pool next to the sunbeds there are no tables to put your coffee or beer on and you have to put them on the ground. The reef they took us to snorkel at was featureless and nothing to look at. The place is very beautiful, but the management of this place does not correspond to the price we pay. For this money of other hotels we get impeccable quality.

- the full resort is so elegantly designed, including the facilities and rooms - the ocean pool room is breathtaking - the food selection and diversity is very good - the resort offers a lot of activities

Unfortunately, nothing. The property lied to us when we enquired on if there was any construction taking place and if there was a house reef. The property is full of heavy construction equipment like bulldozers, diggers, and even dredgers. It smelled like diesel and the noise from the construction was constant. We ended up leaving to go to another hotel but management’s lies cost us $10k extra for last minute booking and ruined our Christmas holiday. The staff were nice at the art hut, the diving crew was nice, but our holiday was so tainted by the lying from management that it’s pointless to bring up.

Everything. It is still under construction EVERYWHERE. There is heavy equipment and construction workers running around everywhere. Across from our room we had 50 construction workers putting up a dorm. There were at least 4 diggers. Management specifically lied when we enquired during booking if there was construction. The house reef is dead from 5 years of construction. There’s dead coral all over the paths which is being dredged and dumped on the hotel. This place is an eco disaster. The coral that has been thrown on the paths also cuts your feet if not wearing shoes. Management ended up giving us 50% off on our stay but charged us $3k for food and seaplanes after we cancelled. The rooms are given at 50% off but every other service is sold at nosebleed prices. A meal at the restaurant for 3 cost $1k, despite no one drinking and 1 of the 3 being a child.

Gym, water, green island, ok food (minimal diversity). Snorkeling is ok, you can see some fish in car tyres.

We've been here for 11days. We had 3villas. This hotel is simply overrated and overpriced. Island is really dirty, beach has residual waste. strong currents already 1m from sealine. I haven't seen any baywatch guards. all inclusive in reality is not all inclusive: you can not get even coffee for free outside breakfast, dinner, lunch time.  in village center it costs 7-10usd. tiny chicken sh"t sized ice cream ball for kids only 12usd. Food variety is minimally ok in general, but not for such hotel price. Everybody was disturbed with fruit availability: oranges only for several days. long lines to get food if you wanna get it done in front of you. Kids "friendly" hotel, they have a life threatening zip line, your kid can break a skull in the end of it, because the stopper is put too close to the wooden holding pole. i informed management about dangerous equipment 2x, nobody reacted. 1 small tree in the middle of the playground, no shadows there. no animators. no activities. just drink beer on the shore. Relaxing and spending time here is a problem if you are not alcohol abuser. Everywhere workers insist you take a check, even if it for free, mini bar, coffee.bars. Persists, feeling that even management doesn't trust own workers. Staff is unresponsible or just ignorant to YOUR problems. you try to avoid mosquitoes in a room, hold your windows and doors shut. then cleaning personnel hold doors wide open in your room in the evening. You and your kids get bitten and it's difficult to sleep with flying mosquitos. You can sit in the lounge/sunset bar with kids and staff puts rapidly music on 100% volume from big speakers. And you have crying kids for 2h, have a good evening.  internet wifi is a disaster, speed of 0.1mbit, so better not to plan any working. telephone connection is also weak and unstable.  they apply anti insect gas around you, villa, bar, you can't even breathe, if it is safe why they use masks.

новый отель, чистый океан, большой остров, отличные коктейли в баре. отзывчивость руководства. багги курсируют по острову, развлечения для детей, детей есть чем накормить. ночью приплывают акулы к водным виллам, один раз приплыла 1,5м длиной. есть немного желтых рыбок. уборка 2 раза в день. спасибо менеджменту-улучшили наш отдых, а то хотели уезжать на другой остров. В отеле уже много отдыхающих!!!не читайте осенние отзывы.

номер: 1)вилла на воде с бассейном, сама вилла небольшая, непривычно для мальдив. кондиционер прямо надо головой, туалет и ванная комната можно сказать на улице) кондиционера там нет. есть крыша, но она открытая. все туалеты у номеров выходят к дорожке, по который вы добираетесь до номера, все слышно, кто и что там делает, отличное эхо) 2) комары на водной вилле зажирают 3)дети маленькие на водных виллах. если вы приехали парой , без своих детей, отдохнуть, расслабиться, специально взяли водную виллу, чтобы рядом не было детей, к вам по соседству могут их заселить. обычно до 12 лет все дети только на пляжных виллах, но здесь разрешают селить всех возрастов 4)приватность- вилла на воде с двух сторон огорожена ламелями. но они установлены неправильно, не под тем углом, в итоге вы будете видеть всех соседей и они будут видеть вас. Голым в бассейне не покупаешься) только 3 виллы сделаны правильно-это делюкс и 2 рядом с ней . 5) рифа у вилл нет, надо уплывать. еда: 1) мухи в ресторане 2)сам ресторан похож на столовую , шум, гам 3)много народа, в очереди за едой, которую готовят при вас можно стоять 10 мин 4) с местами напряжёнка , столы сразу не убирают, после того как другие отдыхающие ушли 5) официанты почти все как сонные мухи . попросишь чай или воду, могут принести только через 10-15 мин или забыть. они не подготовлены на такое кол-во гостей. 6)еда на шведском столе была совсем не очень, пока не начали ругаться, потом исправились, начали яйца Бенедикт по утрам делать. вкусную рыбу и стейки.вообще шеф повар и тор менеджеры молодцы, заинтересованы в клиентах и пытаются исправить ситуацию . 7) еда в ресторанах Аля карт была неинтересная, устрицы с подрезанной ножкой батлер : отвечала часами остров огромный, номеров очень много. вся проблема-что персонал не справляется. ни батлеры, ни официанты чтобы взять маску с трубкой нужно пройти минут 10 по жаре от ресторана. и туда же возвращать . это бред и неудобство для отдыхающих.

Отличный новый отель, кормят вкусно, индивидуальный подход к гостям, очень зеленый остров, отдельное спасибо Ренате, администратору Али, бармену Мо, Анастасии из Art Atelier, повару Pankij за потрясающие стейки :)) столько много людей старались что бы наш отдых прошел великолепно, что всех запомнили и решили отметить отдельно) рекомендую этот отель

Рифа нет, кораллов мало, отель вводится в эксплуатацию не везде закончена стройка, но администрация сделает все, что бы этот момент никаким образом не мешал вашему отдыху, что у них и получилось ))

Очень хороший, стильный,новый отель. Вкусная еда, замечательный персонал, проводили с мужем медовый месяц, отель подарил много комплиментов) Огромное спасибо)

Отель новый, номера в хорошем состоянии. Еда неплохая но однообразная, под конец поездки уже ничего не хотелось есть… на этом пожалуй все

Отель который не включает в себя никакие излишества, на 5 звезд не тянет. Вифи у них не работает, нужно просить отдельный роутер в номер. Бассейн в номере был грязный, непонятно что плавало в нем (по-моему еда от прошлых гостей) , просили почистить - почистили для вида, все что там плавало осталось. Рифа нет, вы ничего не увидите. Спа за такие деньги просто отвратительный, за 400$ я и сама себя могу погладить. Уборка в номерах не следит за тем, что закончилось в номерах, постоянно нужно было писать менеджеру чтобы что-то принесли, элементарно воду даже не обновляли, не говоря уже о мини баре, и мыльно рыльных принадлежностей. После того как сообщаешь менеджеру что нужно что-то принести в номер, через время нужно еще раз обязательно напомнить, а иначе они могут вообще ничего не принести. На острове много комаров, я понимаю что они пытаются их травить, но этим ядом ты должен дышать какое-то время, учитывая что ванные в номерах под открытым небом, а ходить по территории в это время просто невозможно. И не забывайте, что all inclusive здесь не будет все включать, за что-то тебе придется заплатить по меню на баре у бассейна или в ресторане, а также какие-то позиции из мини бара. Чувствовали себя в каком-то пансионате, если в столовой и купались в море без рыб(

Прекрасная природа, мало людей, отличный сервис. Хороший выбор разнообразных напитков, доступных по системе AI.

The staff, the excellent food at the Amaya Restaurant, the beaches, the water villa, cycling across the island.

The property, including the Ocean Villas, the room decor, restaurants, food, restaurants' staff were excellent. Most of the teams we met were extremely courteous, and friendly, often checking in with us, and sharing recommendations. At the Amaya restaurant, Restaurant manager Himanshu, along with an exceptional team of chefs - Pankaj, Gangadhar and other staff such as Ashi made it extremely pleasant to have meals there. They often entertained off menu requests, and Gangadhar ensured we have the best Indian food we could have. The team at Ampersand restaurant - Sameeksha, Ranjeet, and Amir were also great and made sure we have a wonderful team dining with them. The meals were delicious, the Lobster was amazing and the overall vibe to have drinks after dinner and stay on until midnight was fantastic.

There weren't a lot of things we didn't like, but 2 stood out for us: 1 - While their overall staff / service team is great, our hostess Maii was quite a disappointment. She didn't meet us for almost half duration of our stay. We had a couple of complaints, she 'seemed' to listen and care when communicating via whatsapp, however, when we met in person, it was very clear she had not read our messages clearly, and when we shared the issues, she kept dismissing those and kept asking if everything was alright, i got very annoyed and assumed that she either doesn't get it or doesn't care. She really is a poor listener, and one of the worst hostesses i have come across across all the properties i have been to. We had reserved the most expensive villa at the report, along with an all inclusive package, and this level of service was just appalling. 2- We had a problem with how the air conditioning unit is positioned in the room, right above the head throwing air right on our faces when we lied down. Morover, the AC when set at 25 degrees (for the same reason) seemed to continue cooling at 18-20 degrees which made it worse. This caused a lot of discomfort to us, and we shared it with our host. it seemed nothing could be done about it, and we were kind of stuck with this, and that really impacted our quality of sleep. My wife got a very bad cold as a result, and we ended up canceling the house reef tour and didn't go to Scuba. I had to lie down on the shack outside for a couple of nights, couldn't sleep well and had to skip breakfast as a result of that. I overheard a couple of other guests as well facing similar issues, and this will continue impacting the experiences unless they do something about it. Ampersend restaurant - DJ John - a very nice guy, was terrible as a DJ. He couldn't mix even one song properly, and i wonder how he got the job of a DJ.

Atmosphere of a distant island. Nice food.

Very far from Male. Too poshy, not worth of money spent. Fishing was awful. Cousin is too simple for that money.
